Corteva Agriscience is on the hunt for farmers to join its Resilient and Ready programme, with applications for new recruits now open.
Formed via a partnership with Corteva and LEAF, the Resilient and Ready programme is designed to provide farmers with a three-year programme of training and technical support, as well as mentorship on introducing sustainable farming practices.
With the 2019 recruits having now completed their term, the programme is on the look out for new candidates.
Discovery events
To help prospective farmers find out more, Corteva is running two discovery events in October – one in Cambridgeshire and one in Shropshire. This will be an opportunity to speak to representatives from both LEAF and Corteva, as well as recent graduates who will share their experiences.
For those who can’t make the in-person dates, a recording of a recent online discovery event is also available to watch.
How to register
Places on the discovery events can be booked online. To register an interest, growers are asked to visit the Corteva website and fill our a registration form. Upon receipt, a formal application form will be sent, which must be completed by 4 November.
